Sally came to me at the age of 8 months. She was a sweet, bouncy little dog who upset Harry by biting him and squealing when balls were thrown. He never forgot and Sally always won a disputed toy! She gradually calmed down and I started to train her in obedience, however in the early days I needed a leather gauntlet as she was very keen on the treats and fingers just got in the way!
I was amazed when Sally showed her talents for shepherding. Sally loves her food and has a wonderful temperament with people, especially children - she seems drawn to little girls dressed in pink!

Some parents of a friend of mine owned Harry's sister, but she died and they were rather upset. After some time they asked if I knew of a dog they could have. I thought long and hard, and I was having some problems at the time with Sally biting sheep, so I wasn't working her as much as I could have done. So I thought she would get on tremendously as an only dog. Here is Sally looking rather pleased with herself about having two whole people all to herself. I'm sure she will be spoilt rotten in her new home.
Well two months on and Sally is doing brilliantly in her new home. She is enrolled at the nearby agility class and I heard that she recently won the knockout competition at their Xmas party! Ken and Margaret are new to agility and Sally is showing them how to do it! She seems to have forgotten very little of the agility I taught her and they are doing really well with her. Of course they are absolutely delighted with her.
